All bookings require card details to secure your appointment. These details are securely processed through our third party provider, stripe, and will only be charged if the cancellation policy is not followed.

 

Cancellations and No Shows 

We kindly ask for 48 hours notice for any cancellations. Bookings that fail to provide at least 24 hours notice will incur a charge of 50% of the total appointment cost. 

Incase of a no show appointment a 100% of the full appointment cost will automatically be charged. No money will be taken from your card unless there is a no show or late cancellation.
